2. What data do we process?

3. Transfers
The website is hosted on Vercel Inc. (USA) infrastructure; requests to the site are processed there. Email and WhatsApp communication runs on the respective providers’ infrastructure (Google, WhatsApp/Meta). These transfers are made only as needed to provide the service, in line with KVKK Article 9 on cross-border transfers. Your data is not shared with or sold to third parties for marketing.
4. Retention
Contact correspondence is kept for up to 2 years after your request is closed; correspondence that becomes a client relationship is kept for the period required by law. URLs entered into the GEO Readiness Check are not stored.
5. Your rights
Under KVKK Article 11[1] you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose and recipients, request correction or deletion where conditions are met, object, and claim compensation for damage. Send requests to [email protected]; we reply within 30 days at the latest.
