At Vextoo Geo Agency, GEO is delivered through three monthly plans (İZ, YANKI, HÜKÜM) and a one-off Neural Visibility Audit. Prices exclude VAT, plans start with a 3-month minimum and are set by custom quote. The main cost drivers: question-set size, competitors tracked, monthly content volume, authority/digital PR work, number of languages/markets and the state of your current technical setup.

Which factors determine GEO pricing?
- Question-set size: 30–50 questions may cover a single-service clinic; a multi-category e-commerce brand needs 150+. Every question is measured in 6 engines every month.
- Competitive density: where strong competitors already dominate answers, content and authority work increase.
- Monthly content volume: pages for missing questions and rebuilding existing pages in Q&A form are the largest labour item.
- Authority and digital PR: verifiable mentions in trade media, list articles and directories — the places engines cite most.
- Languages and markets: each language means its own question set, content and measurement.
- Current infrastructure: if bot access, server-rendered content and schema aren’t ready, first-month setup work is added.
Why don’t we publish a fixed price?
Because the same plan name means very different work for a 30-question local business and a 150-question national brand. A fixed number either scares off the small business for no reason or undersells scope to the large brand. Instead, after a free preliminary scan — once the question set and competitor list are clear — we send a line-by-line quote.
What isn’t included?
- Ad budgets (Google Ads, Meta, ChatGPT ads, etc.) — we don’t run paid media.
- Third-party tool licences (monitoring tools used at the client’s request).
- Design and software work unrelated to content.
- Paid placement fees (if a digital PR outlet charges for publication, it’s submitted for your approval first).
How should you read a GEO proposal?
Whichever agency you choose, look for these lines in the proposal:
| The proposal should state | If it doesn’t |
|---|---|
| Number of questions and sample questions | Nobody knows what’s measured |
| Which engines, how often | “AI visibility” stays abstract |
| Monthly content volume and type | Labour can’t be checked |
| Baseline measurement date | Progress can’t be compared |
| Guarantee wording | Walk away from “#1 guaranteed” |
| Termination and scope-change terms | Open to surprises |

Frequently asked questions
01Why do GEO prices vary so much?
Because very different work is sold as “GEO”: some agencies forward a monitoring tool’s report, others run content, technical infrastructure, digital PR and monthly multi-engine measurement together. Compare the number of questions, engines and monthly content pieces — not the plan name.
02Do prices include VAT?
No, all our quotes exclude VAT.
03Is there a minimum term?
Monthly plans start with a 3-month minimum because measurable change in engine answers usually appears in months 3–4. The one-off audit needs no commitment.
04Can I change scope later?
Yes. The question set, competitor count and monthly content volume can be raised or lowered at period end; changes apply from the next invoice.
